How to Achieve the Signature Texas Crunch
Snüb roots are flash-frozen straight from the harvest kitchen to lock in flavor and texture. No thawing required!
Preheat to 390°F (200°C). Dump frozen roots straight into basket in a single layer. Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking basket at 4 minutes for golden 360° crispiness!
Preheat to 425°F (220°C). Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through until blistered and crispy.
